Hello everyone. I would like to take this moment to introduce you all to my next big project for the 2020 content season. The Dae Project is a concept that I have been thinking and developing for a while and am excited to share.
What is #TheDaeProject?
The Dae Project is a series designed to share the stories of artists, professionals, and athletes of color. Individuals a part of the project will receive a published profile about their success stories which they can share and put on their resume.
Why #TheDaeProject:
Throughout the last few years, I have noticed a trend of negativity surrounding communities of color. It has affected me throughout my adolescence because I truly believed that this negativity was inescapable and inevitable. It left me for a while very discouraged and saddened for my community. However, in the summer of 2019, I was reminded that these stigmas and less than ideal situations do not define my community or myself. There are so many people of color doing things in their lives that are inspiring others. There are so many people living their dreams, finding their way, and persevering through struggles to harness their greatness.
The goal of the Dae Project is to share and celebrate these people. The Dae Project is designed to switch the negative narrative into a positive one. The project is also an opportunity for individuals to support and learn about people’s journeys to success in their lives.
Who can get involved with #TheDaeProject?
All artists, business professionals/ business owners, and athletes of color are encouraged to participate in this opportunity.
When will #TheDaeProject be available:
The Dae Project will be available to read during Black History Month in February 2020. The month-long project will share profiles each day of the month of these different individuals involved.
How can you get involved?
All artists, professionals, and athletes of color are invited to be apart of the Dae Project. If you are interested in being apart of the project, please email me before or on Friday, October 26, 2019: therealnaavadae@outlook.com.
How does the process work for profiles?
The process of receiving your profile is simple. You will be asked when and how you would like to be interviewed. I will confirm your interview time and will be interviewing you. Don’t worry you will have the opportunity to review your profile before it is published.

Will the profiles be published?
These profiles will be published on my website: thenaavadae.com. They will be available to the public in February 2020.
